Your duties: Professional and operational management of the kitchen team in the federal asylum centre. Planning and organisation of daily catering including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Creation of varied menu plans taking into account the specifications of the State Secretariat for Migration SEM. Ensuring medical, age-related, vegetarian, vegan or religiously motivated dietary needs. Planning and control of food quantities according to the current occupancy of the federal asylum centre.
